This season, Helecho Collective is proud to present a special collection celebrating the artistry of the Wounaan women of Colombia’s Pacific Coast — master weavers who transform fibers from the Werregue palm into breathtaking works of art. Using techniques passed down through generations, each piece — from elegant bangles to sculptural baskets — is meticulously handwoven with naturally dyed fibers that tell stories of ancestry, environment, and identity. More than objects, these creations embody a living tradition of connection to nature and community, where every pattern holds meaning and every weave preserves a cultural legacy.
